Order Cancellation Policy

One-time orders

Please check your items, sizes, colors, quantities, delivery address and payment details before ordering. After an order is placed, customer-requested cancellations and changes are not available, even before dispatch, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

When ChenHype cancels

We may decline or cancel orders because stock is unavailable, fulfillment is not possible, payment verification fails, fraud is suspected, or a clear listing or price error needs correcting. If we cancel, the amount due back to you goes to the original payment method. Your provider may take 3–10 business days to post an issued refund.

After delivery

Eligible items can be returned under our Return and Refund Policy, generally for store credit.

Other purchase arrangements

This policy covers one-time orders; it does not authorize recurring charges. Any subscription, pre-order or try-before-you-buy offer must disclose its payment and cancellation terms before purchase.
